Micromation Sciences converts traditional paper medical records to an electronic medical record through our medical records scanning services. Once digitized this electronic medical record, sometimes referred to as an e-record or e-chart can beintegrated into our clients Electronic Medical Records system.

Due to recent legislation Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementation is booming. We realize there are many EMR partners to choose from and a solution for one company may not be the right fit for another. So we will work with any EMR company that you choose. Personal Health Records (PHR)

For clients with an online or locally maintained Personal Health Record (PHR) we can convert any and all of your paper files you may have. These may include:

• Billing or Insurance Company Correspondence
• EOB's
• X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, etc)
• Physician Notes
