Micromation Sciences converts traditional paper medical records to an electronic medical record (EMR) through our electronic medical records scanning services. Once digitized this electronic medical record can be integrated into your Electronic Medical Records system. In addition to providing medical record conversion services, we also offer a full compliment of Release of Information services (ROI) called ROI+. Release of Information is the process of providing copies of a patient’s Protected Health Information (PHI), upon request, to individuals or other entities who are legally authorized to view it. In fulfilling ROI requests, Healthcare Providers must often disseminate patients sensitive health information to a wide variety of Requestors, including the patients themselves, other Healthcare Providers, insurance companies, legal firms, and government agencies.

For clients with an online or locally maintained Personal Health Record (PHR) we can convert any and all of your paper files you may have. These may include:
